BIOGRAPHY IN BRIEF

Born in 1960.

Graduated from Moscow State Lomonosov University with first-class degree in 1982 (Thesis – The Method of Building Scientific Theories). In 1980s, was teaching philosophy, sociology, and decision making in various higher school institutions. Conducted a whole number of applied sociological studies. Obtained his PhD degree (Thesis – “The Logic of Discovering Empirical Laws”) from Moscow State Lomonosov University.

Since 1988, has been deeply engaged in business consulting. In 1989 – 1991, Chair of Board, Center for Research, Development, Consulting, and Advanced Teaching. In 1990 – 1997, President of Tver University of Business. In 1992 – 2007, Director of Institute for Business Consulting, Tver.

In 1994, defended in Moscow State Lomonosov University the dissertation for Tenured Full Professorship “The Value Foundations of the Scientific and Technological Progress”. In 1994 – 1995, Professor of Sociology and Political Science and Head of Department of Public Administartion at Tver State University. In 2007 – 2010, Professor of Management and Public Administration at North-Western Academy of Public Service, Tver. In 2010 – 2011, Director of Strategic Planning and International Cooperation, Association for Business Development, Tver. From 2011 on, Director of Institute for Business Consulting, Tver.
