My freshly finished paper “A Breakthrough in Business Management (Roman Private Share Company as Radical Novelty)” has been published by “Journal of Management History”. Hope, it gives a lot of food for thought to not only historians, and theoreticians of management but also practitioners effecting social and organizational reforms. When writing the text I kept in mind not so much the past as the present and future, for if the past cannot be turned into a lesson for those alive it loses half of its meaning. I’d like to believe that the results obtained by me are of interest and use to researchers and executives not floating on the surface, but ready to go deep into the marrow of matter.
