The third, closing, part of my work “THE ROUTINE NATURE OF RADICAL INNOVATION (The Origins and Making of Private Share Company in Ancient Rome)” came out. It not merely uncovers the nature and structure of Roman share enterprise as well as its fundamental distinction from such an outwardly similar institute as the business corporation of publicans. No less, if not more, important outcome of the research is the generalized picture of radical social innovation. I show, for the first time, the pattern and mechanism of the transformation of old, well known elements into a completely new, never met before, construction which, with all its alleged revolutionary character, contains not a part not integrated into the life and activity of those whom it is called upon to serve.
