The supreme end and the final point of the development of empirical knowledge consist in building logically structured and quantitatively specified concepts having as their substance objective regularities. That is why the discovery of so-called laws of nature constitutes the core of empirical cognition. While various aspects of the latter are continually under scrutiny, the most cardinal problem of how the regularities get brought to light remains as often as not out of view. And the present research is aimed at making up this gap, namely at identifying the main logical features of revealing empirical laws, and demonstrating the ways of their justification.
